    I purchased a TV set from NCIX that was defective upon arrival. Neither NCIX or LG wanted to refund the MSRP of the TV set but neither was willing to process the refund in a timeframe necessary to find another on sale. In fact, NCIX itself canceled (Internet Order: 4159185) one of the orders while the RA. If you get to a point where you are drawing up a lawsuit because the company is incapable or unwilling to handle a simple return then you probably should refrain from doing business with them
