Overall, happy with the final product, but getting there is enough to make me think twice about recommending them. The windows were to installed by May 31st, 2018....didn’t happen. Then June 5th, and when I called to see where the crew was that morning I was told I wasn’t on the list. With that said employee Megan made it happen for June 6th. They pulled in extra crew to ensure they were installed. The crew was very rough on my freshly painted walls and obliterated my perennials.
Horrible customer service I had emailed them to arrange an appointment for a quote someone emailed me back told me to get ahold of someone at a phone number I replied for that person to get a hold of me but they wouldn't needless to say I never heard from them
They know what they're doing. NO DOUBT ABOUT IT! I couldn't be happier with the full house package that I received and had them install. When the cottage needs new windows/doors I know where I'm going. Great job guys!
