Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market
This occurred in the Kitchen department on Sat, Jan 20, 2018. After waiting for over 20 minutes for the only person working there, I was subjected to "Brenda" who is possibly the rudest, and most incompetent sales person I have ever had the displeasure to meet. My intent was to purchase but her rudeness made it impossible to spend our money at Lowe's. I called later to lodge a complaint, no manager was available ...I am still 5 days later waiting. Perhaps lack of concern goes top down!
