Pie Wood Fired Pizza Joints was founded in 2010, introducing the first commercial wood oven in Simcoe County. Pie offers an old world pizza in a new world energetic setting. Dough made in house daily never compromising on freshness of ingredients. Over its 14 years of business, Pie has become local favourite for casual get togethers and special events alike. Pie is also very community engaged having founded its own social initiative in PIE Education. Lovely spring day and thought we would stop in on our way back to Toronto for lunch. Excellent prompt service, great food selection and frosted mug for the beer. Small chicken Caesar Salad was perfect size for lunch. Delicious. Would order again. Southwestern burger had delicious toppings. Snow on the lake, but warm, cozy and friendly inside. Read more
