Edmonton coffee shops with a cult following

If hooking up a caffeine IV drip isn’t an option, then these Edmonton coffee places are the best choices for perking up your morning. With beans roasted just right, syrups made in-house and a variety of non-dairy options, these spots will convert even the most hard-core tea drinker.

Credo Coffee

10134 104 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5J 1A7

One of the coolest spots on 104th, just off of Jasper Avenue, Credo is always, always packed. It’s a good thing they finally opened up a second location, on the popular 124th Street strip. Credo is always overflowing with trendy artists, writers and students with laptops, and friends discussing life over lattes. While it’s not somewhere you go for a quiet afternoon alone, it’s always worth stopping by to get an almond milk mocha to go, or staying to people watch.

Transcend Coffee

8708 109 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T6G 1E9

Transcend roasts their own craft coffee beans and sells them to various outlets around the city and beyond. But they also have several locations throughout Edmonton that are worth stopping by. Their coffee may actually be the smoothest I have ever tasted – even the most beginner barista can’t screw it up. It’s always easy to tell when you’re drinking a latte made from Transcend beans. A blind-folded taste test, you say? Bring it on. I’ll pass every time.

In April 2016, Conde Nast Traveler's Readers' Choice Awards for the Best Pizza in the World: The Top 14 Cities for Pizza placed Edmonton at number eight on the list. With a diverse number of fantastic pizzas to choose from, including hand-tossed, wood-fired pies with white or red sauce and fun toppings ranging from pineapple to pine nuts, you're sure to find one you adore. Buon appetito!
A first date can be make or break – increase your odds by picking the perfect restaurant. These Edmonton dining establishments will bring the cupids flying over to your table and help you get to that second date with their romantic ambiance and excellent food and wine.
Sometimes you need a little nosh between dinner and bedtime. Slim pickings in the cupboard? Worry not! Put down the bowl of stale chips and head to these Edmonton late night restaurants for a snack worthy of your time.
