As a ski instructor at Blue I've had 2 accidents in four years resulting in "emergency dept" medical care. On both occasions the care and professionalism of all staff, including admin, nursing care and doctors has been totally exceptional.
My latest accident was only a cracked rib but I can attest from my more serious accident (a cervical fracture, emergency surgery and ongoing rehab) that our Health Care system is a marvelous treasure and Collingwood Hospital is a wonderful part of it.

I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. Called and Spoke to Ali regarding a broken screen in my Apple 13" Air Laptop. Very friendly on the phone, he had the part to replace the screen and his price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes i had. He was willing to wait and have me bring it over that evening before he left. He estimated the repair to take 2 days. Repair was completed as he said and wanted me to check it over before i paid him.
