This Mandarin is still pretty new and clean inside so that is definately a big plus if cleaniness is important to you. The food selection is pretty good and some dishes are actually pretty good. I've been coming to Massey's for a long time. Lunches, dinners. The food has always been fresh, and tasty. The servers have always been nice and courteous. The portions are ridiculously large. Pastas, it's two meals. Steak on a kaiser, top with some A1 steak sauce, you're biting into some deliciousness. Their menu specials are usually really good. Just really a nice place to go eat at, at a price range that won't break the bank. Others have complained that they are busy. There's a reason for that. Cause the food is good! Read more

This restaurant is a hidden gem and a very welcome addition to the Markham dining scene! The chicken gyros are especially great -- juicy, yet moist at the same time. I liked it better than the souvlaki, but both are great. Salads are huge and easy to share. Staff are friendly and attentive. Overall, I'm really glad we stumbled upon this place -- will be back again, for sure! Read more

The service at this Mr. Sub is unlike any other franchise. The 3 main employees/manager there take pride in their customer service, freshness of their food products as well as cleanliness of their establishment. There are a lot of regulars who frequent this spot specifically for the employees who work there. They know the regulars names and what they order and they always have a smile on their face while working. It is a nice change to get that type of service at a more "fast food" takeout place and lastly they are very fast and efficient as they understand that most of their clientele are on their lunch time and need to get in and out quick.
