We managed to get seats at the bar ( having realized that you need a reservation; plenty of other have the same idea when it comes to Sunday Brunch... ) and were treated to a culinary feast with one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. The menu is short but extremely well designed with each dish a perfect harmony of exquisite flavors. My boyfriend and I shared the Salmon Benny and the BLT, both were mouth wateringly amazing. I would highly recommend anyone who likes brunch to take the trip to Eugenia and visit the Flying Chestnut, it is well worth the drive!

Incredible service 100%. The sticky toffee pudding is TO DIE FOR. Their mussles are so good that my 10yo orders them every time we were there. Yeah, that’s right, a 10yo. The same kid who won’t even look at a pizza if it has touched pizza sauce.
During COVID, the service standard has been consistently amazing. Even with all the obstacles the food is so delicious, and now THEY DELIVER, which is so much better than pizza every night.

Went on Mothers Day worrying that we wouldn't get a table and wait for hours. The kind hostess mentioned that there was a wait but we were welcome to sit and eat at the bar.
We did and it was one of the best lunch experiences I've ever had. The restaurant was clearly busy, but the bartender made time to take care of us, engage in conversation, and overall ensure that we had a great lunch. He was pretty cute too..;) Everyone was in a great mood, everything was clean, and despite the volume, the staff were awesome.
I look forward to making a repeat visit and sampling other items on the apparently new menu....5 stars.
