It was my first time there and loved it! I ordered the perch and fries (ate inside, so their great little buffet was included with my meal!) The perch was done to perfection, so tasty! The buffet was great, with the different salads and the amazing fruit to finish my meal off. I enjoyed the old pictures, so much history there! Our server was very friendly and most attentive. I will be back, I enjoyed it so much!

I held my husband’s 50th birthday party at Jesters on the upper floor and everything was handled perfectly. The food was delicious, the service was top notch, and the management was so helpful and accommodating for all of my dietary requests, they set up the decorations and everything went perfectly, it was a a fun, fantastic party. itake my mother and friends at least twice a year to her friends cottage near Perth. it is 2 hours from Niagara almost to the second, and it is at a perfect place to rest and enjoy their fare. Always delicious, and they have the BEST lemonde! I brought my family to the Hyland this week and as always the food was excellent (and too much!) and the service was very friendly. Food is always delivered promptly, the restaurant is always clean, and overall, it is just a nice meal out with the family. I definitely recommend to any families visiting Port Perry. Us locals don't need convincing.

Yep, its really that great!
This is one of those staples in Lindsay, right on the main street, kinda small and understated; but once you've eaten here you will always come back.
Jane's menu is simple, and enjoyable. Everything is always great, service included. They are very accommodating, and fairly priced. Others have complained about the decor, but I think it adds to the "Kountry Kitchen" charm.

My wife and I ate there last weekend and it is very good. As Vietnames cuisine is not as spicy as Thai, If you want to add a bit of heat to your dish, ask for a small bowl of chili oil to put on your food.

Located several blocks south of the main downtown street, this house converted over to a country-decor eatery is a popular breakfast spot for locals! It can be crowded on weekends. Breakfast is plentiful with home fries & fresh fruit - well cooked,not greasey! Delicious eggs benedict! It has great dinners here too, providing free live weekend entertainment later in the summer evenings. (Easy listening/Western/Rock& Roll two person bands seem the norm...well suited to the casual dining atmosphere in this licensed restaurant!) This is our favourite place to dine on our way to cottage country in the summer! It has a friendly efficient staff. The food is cooked by the owner - chef with several skilled helpers. Their pride in their culinary arts shows with healthy creatively cooked meals. Some of their dinners are so large that they offer 1/2 orders - this choice in their great Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding Dinner was plenty for me! With good seating for small or large groups, this is definately a family restaurant serving all age groups. They serve breakfast early and go to mid afternoon, then close for an hour or so then open for dinner. Limited free parking behind the house and on the local street. Try to go at off hours to be assured a seat in this popular eatery!
