J'ai rencontrer chez un de mes amis ou j'étais inviter a souper, une personne qui avait suivis ce samedi 2 Octobre un cours de pâtisserie a l,académie culinaire de Montréal.
Il parait qu'il y a un chef pâtissier extraordinaire le chef pascal;Il a passer 6 heures en sa compagnie et il a beaucoup appris.
les recettes sont très bien expliqués et avec beaucoup d'amour du métier, le chef est toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions qu'ont lui pose.
En plus des recettes il donne un coté historique a la pâtisserie, les gens ressortent cultiver.
Il donne beaucoup de conseils, et si il reste du temps il donne d'autres recettes en rapport avec le cours.
Parait il que tout le monde est repartis très content de cette journée, je croit que ce chef va donner d'autres cours, notamment sur le chocolat.
Je ne vais pas manquer de m'y inscrire.
