We just had our gas fireplace cleaned and checked by Rooz of RGS. He was very thorough (even painted some small rusty parts), courteous and friendly. He explained how everything worked and what to do just in case we encounter problems. He did so much more than the guy we previously hired, and for the same price. We highly recommend Rooz and RGS. I was having an issue with my furnace and couldn't diagnose it. I called Meer Mechanical and they had someone out to my place within a day. The tech had to show up before and after his scheduled shift in order to fit me in. There was a slight discrepancy on the invoice re: the time the tech was at my house. I called John the owner and discussed the bill with him. He made it right and was concerned about my satisfaction as a customer. Rare to find that in contractors these days. Read more
