Superb service and I have been to many locations. Loved the attention to lotion use and care to ensure clients had their eye wear. I listened to the staff walk a client through a Mystic Spray Tan and it was thorough and well done. I wish I would have had that experience with my first Mystic elsewhere. Rooms are big and spotless. I feel this location deserves an award for superior service and cleanliness. LOVE IT!
Best tanning studio in edmonton by far. Superior service and cleanliness. Owner and staff care about their clients safety and ensure clients are using credible products to ensure all clients are protected from bacterial transfers ect. I've never experienced such professionalism and dedication. All clients are treated with the highest respect and courtesy. I cannot recommend a better tanning facility. This studio is simply a model for all to follow. Way to go fabutan staff.
Wouldn't recommend tanning here. The girl working at the front is very rude and lacks in her communication skills and shouldn't be working in the customer service industry. She was on the phone with her friend when I walked in and continued the conversation while I stood there waiting. I am unsure if she intentionally forgot to turn by bed on, as I had to get dressed and come out of the room to ask her to turn it on.
Customer Service Lacking Bigtime!
Came in to tan at 11:30 and was told to go home and come back 2 hrs later at 1:33 because I tanned at 1:32 yesterday and they have a 24 hr to the minute rule. So I did and when I came back it was full and I had to wait until 2pm.
Then, I could not tan for the 15 min I requested because I tanned 10 the day before and was only allowed 12min. I made SURE I asked when I signed up what the daily max was and was told 25min. Wasted my whole day!!! BRUTAL BUSINESS
