    Overall did a very good job, however left marks on outdoor glass of rear porch door, and then denied it. Seemed to not want to come back and re clean, ended up cleaning it myself. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend

I also recall your comments about our work on the phone, “My windows have never been cleaner.” We appreciate that. We’ve built our business on honest and forthright communication with our customers, and we find that courtesy typically reciprocated in kind. Your comments in this case, however, misrepresent the entire course of events that day -- in fact, when we had to return the next day to collect payment, we indeed did offer to correct the offending spots on the door. That said, we’ll continue in our effort to offer the highest quality service, at the best possible price, in the most courteous possible way.

    Gerry and his son from Squeaky Clean did a great job. They showed up right on time and got down to work quickly. Gerry helped out with a few little extras as well. A very cheerful fellow with an enthusiasm for the job!
